With three North American facilities and full finishing capabilities, Bonnell is ready to become your One-Source supplier. Each plant has unique process capabilities and the synergistic effect of the combined group makes Bonnell a major supplier to a wide array of markets.

  • Centralized Sales and De-Centralized Customer Service means improved communication and maximum service levels. You place your order in one location and our systems will optimize production capabilities among all manufacturing facilities and fax your confirmation. Using e-commerce will further enhance service levels.
  • Bonnell’s Design Engineering department is the most respected in the custom extrusion industry. From prototype to finished product, you can count on experience and know-how to help you resolve the most difficult of design and mechanical obstacles. For assistance with your demanding designs contact the Engineering Department.
  • Casting or, “Remelt” are available in three of the seven facilities. Billet diameter of up to 16” can be cast.
  • Bonnell offers Solid extrusions with a maximum circle size of 13 inches and Hollows with a maximum circle size of 11 inches from 23 presses ranging in size from 950 to 3500 tons. We offer close-tolerance cut-to-length and in-house fabrication as well as outsourcing of extensive fabrication requirements.
  • Painting has been a specialty of Bonnell’s for almost a half century. With in-house painting capability of up to 24’ 2” in High Solids polyesters as well as Kynar 500® and Hylar 5000® based coatings meeting AAMA 2604 and 2605 specifications. Acrylics can be painted in lengths up to 21’. Longer lengths may be outsourced with several of our certified applicator partners whose high quality standards are in line with our own. We stand behind our quality on all painted products.
  • Anodizing is available in lengths up to 35’ in clear, 201-R1 through 215-R1 (Silver or Gold) or Bronze 2 Step. Brite Dip (200-R5, Silver or Gold) with or without polishing is among the highest quality available.
  • Our thermal break capabilities offer structural integrity while minimizing or eliminating thermal transfer. Pour & Debridge, Foam & Debridge, Skip Debridge and Bonnell’s unique Thermal-Bar™ system, utilizing a thermal break of 6/6 polyamide nylon strips. Thermal-Bar™ offers an affordable alternative for two-tone extrusions where the exterior and interior can be separate colors or entirely separate types of finishes. This satisfies both the Architect and Tenant on aesthetics while providing maximum thermal efficiency.
  • Special Cut Length tolerances and fabrication available per request.
