Finishes...

Bonnell is a full service extruder offering a wide array of organic, inorganic and mechanical finishes. Aluminum is the material of choice in many applications due to its finishing characteristics and color options. Depending on the end-use application, Bonnell offers the finish of choice to match any application.

Mechanical Finishing includes specular buffing or, polishing and directional & spiral sanding

Chemical Finishing includes a full range of anodic coating designations in Silver, Gold and 2-Step Bronze as well as Brite Dip. Bonnell offers a full range of Class I and Class II architectural anodic coatings which meet or exceed standards set forth by AAMA 611. Anodizing is an electrolytical process that redeposits a protective coating of aluminum oxide on the surface of the aluminum. This coating is an integral part of the aluminum and will not flake or peel off. The life of the finish is directly proportional to the thickness of the anodic coating.

Painted Finishes include a full complement of electrostatic spray applications. Bonnell’s paint applications are designed to meet AAMA specifications 2603, 2604 and 2605.
