Bonnell operates 12 extrusion presses housed in three extrusion plants strategically located throughout the United States. Each press is operated to strict standards and most are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art controls and handling equipment, ensuring superior extrusions with superb surface finish quality.

The William L Bonnell Company has billet casting operations in two of its three plants in North America - Tennessee, and Georgia. While the majority of the casting capacity is used for internal requirements, sale of billet to third party customers is a long term strategic component of our casting business. Bonnell offers billets to third party customers. It is part of a strategy to balance our long term metal position and provide some measure of casting load leveling during the various industry cycles.

It is essential to manufacture quality billet that will eliminate problems in downstream operations, such a anodizing or polishing. This is important to Bonnell and customers alike. Quality standards in our casting operations provide all end users with billet passing a series of rigorous tests which ensure product quality in chemical and physical attributes.
