Finishes
Bonnell Aluminum's in-house finishing services are comprised of
electrostatically-applied liquid paint, clear and 2-step hard coat
anodizing, bright dip and mechanical finishing.
Electrostatically-applied paint:
Wide color selection of standard and non-standard paint meeting AAMA
specifications 2603, 2604 and 2605.
Anodizing:
Bonnell Aluminum uses the acid etch process for its anodized
extruded products. The acid etch anodizing provides a superior
uniform matte finish while effectively hiding scuffs and extrusion
lines. The result is a product free of streaks.
Choose from our full range of Class I and II Clear, Gold and
2-Step hard coat anodic coatings, all exceeding standards set forth
by AAMA 611. Bright dip also available.
Mechanical Finishing:
Specular buffing, polishing and sanding, both directional and spiral.
