Aluminum extrusions are the heart of our business. Since the discovery of aluminum in 1827 the world has adapted to this metal which allows high strength-to-weight ratios. Each year more and more uses are found for products of extruded aluminum and The William L Bonnell Company stands ready to serve your aluminum extrusion needs in the 21st century. Bonnell operates 23 aluminum extrusion presses housed in seven aluminum extrusion plants located throughout the United States and Canada. Each aluminum extrusion press is operated to strict standards and most are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art controls and aluminum extrusion handling equipment, ensuring superior aluminum extrusions with superb surface finish quality.
The William L Bonnell Company has
billet
aluminum casting
operations in three of its seven
aluminum extrusion
plants in North America - Ontario,
Tennessee, and Georgia. While the majority of the
aluminum casting
capacity is used
for internal
aluminum extrusion requirements, sale of
aluminum billet
to third party customers is a
long term strategic component of our
aluminum casting
business. Bonnell offers
aluminum billet
to third party customers for several reasons:
It is essential to manufacture quality

that will eliminate problems
in downstream aluminum
extrusion operations, such as
anodizing
or polishing

For over 25 years, The Bon L Canada Consumer division (formerly Reynolds
ladders)
has been a leader in marketing and selling climbing products in
Canada, including
aluminum ladders. As we have proven in prior years, we are committed to

Our Richmond Hill, Ontario, facility manufactures and distributes a complete
range of aluminum, fiberglass and wood climbing products, including
aluminum ladders.
